HOW TO FACE WORRIES

  • As worries make life miserable it should be eradicated

    1. For this , sit in solitude with a pen and paper, at hand
    2. Compile the worries and serialise them.
    3. Divide the worries that create problems into 4 categories as shown below :

    1. Problems that should be faced just as chronic disease, death and loss of property.

    2. Problems to be postponed and to wait patiently till the appropriate time comes: just as grown up daughters and sons not got married.

    3. problems to be ignored just as others difference of opinion, jealous talks and deeds.

    4. Problems to be solved immediately.


    4. should not act out of emotion to solve a problem quickly. It is enough if more problems are not created out of ignorance.

    5. Think deply how such worries in the past, passed away.

    6. Don't think that there should be no worries in life and if at all there is, don't decide or act to completely root them out. When one problem is solved another one will spring up. If these are removed by proper planed act, peace and pleasure would prevail.
